Our software is license-free according to § 3 SBZVO and is eligible for funding for teachers and trainees. The specialist conference or the management of your educational institution can decide on the use directly on site.

Frequently Asked Questions
I have a new mobile device and notice that my previous activation code has already been used. What can I do?
If you uninstall the mechatronic app or install it on a new device, it is necessary to reset your activation code. To do this, please send us an email with your order number and the activation code to lizenzen@virtoon.de. We will immediately reset the code for you so that you can easily reactivate the app.
Where can I find my activation code?
You received your personal activation code together with the order confirmation via email. The code is also noted on your invoice. After you have used the activation code, you can view it at any time in the app by looking for the version number in the Profile area.
How do we acquire multiple licenses as an educational institution or company?
If you purchase a larger number of licenses, we offer educational institutions and companies more attractive conditions. For an individual offer, please contact us directly via the email address lizenzen@virtoon.de.
What payment methods are available for educational institutions or companies to purchase licenses?
We provide annual licenses on account for educational institutions and companies. After purchasing the license, you will receive an invoice and can conveniently pay the amount to us by bank transfer.
